Call for papers

The Conference Scientific Committee is honored to invite all researchers, experts, academics, engineers, specialists and those who are interested; from universities, institutions and companies related to the theme of the conference, to participate in the International Libyan Conference for Information and Communication Technologies (ILCICT 2023). The conference is overseen by the Faculty of Engineering at University of Tripoli and sponsored by some Libyan institutions and companies in the telecommunication sector, where all participants exchange ideas, research and academic experiences, and learn about the latest developments in ICT through the presented research and the accompanying panel discussions.

The Conference Scientific Committee is eager to receive high-quality research papers. Papers will be jointly refereed by local and international reviewers with the possibility of publishing premium papers in international journals within Scopus or equivalent containers.
