The Conference Scientific Committee is honored to invite all researchers, experts, academics, engineers, specialists to participate in-person or online in the Third International Libyan Conference for Information and Communication Technologies (ILCICT 2025). All participants will exchange ideas and academic experiences, and learn about the latest developments in the field of information and communications technology through a valuable scientific program that includes; a number of scientific papers and research, in addition to accompanying discussion panels and high-quality workshops managed by a number of industry and government leaders in the Libyan communications and information technology sector.
The Conference Scientific Committee is eager to receive high-quality research papers. Papers will be jointly refereed by local and international reviewers. The proceedings will be publishing with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series.
The Microsoft CMT service is used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service is provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
